We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order size, and the selected shipping method. The following shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5–7 business days (for domestic U.S. orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery, typically within 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available for select locations).

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, weight of the products, and your shipping address. Free standard shipping may apply for certain promotions or order thresholds.

For international shipping, rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email will contain your order details, and a second email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

Please note: Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after business hours, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location. Generally, standard orders within the U.S. are delivered within 5–7 business days, while expedited and overnight shipping options will arrive sooner.
  • International Shipping: If we offer international shipping (to select countries), delivery times will vary depending on your location, shipping method, and customs processing. International orders typically take 7–21 business days to arrive.

Please note that CraftXSuri is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international locations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for potential shipping options.

Restricted Shipping Areas: Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for certain shipping methods.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

For international shipments, please allow extra time for tracking information to become available. Sometimes, tracking updates may be delayed due to customs processing.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high demand, or other factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

CraftXSuri is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier to resolve any issues. If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our customer support team at info@craftxsuri.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. CraftXSuri is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping details. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
