Refund and Returns Policy

At CraftXSuri, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love the products you purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for detailed information.
Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to the original payment method or a store credit, based on your preference.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@craftxsuri.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the product securely and return it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refund Processing: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit for the full value of the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@craftxsuri.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover any return shipping costs for defective products.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item for a refund according to our returns policy.
